We know adventure often comes with a backpack and you’re absolutely welcome to bring one along. Our vehicles feature ample trunk space and may accommodate select larger items; for safety and comfort, we simply ask that any oversized equipment (such as bicycles or paddle boards) be approved with our team in advance, just email us!

We understand that things don’t always go as planned. However, due to our carefully timed itinerary and multiple pick-up locations, we’re unable to delay departures. If a guest misses their scheduled shuttle, they will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to the next location or back to town. We kindly recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to ensure a smooth and stress-free start to your adventure.

At this time, our Sprinter van is not equipped with a wheelchair lift, so full accessibility is limited. However, if a guest is able to board the vehicle with assistance and without the wheelchair, our driver will be more than happy to help in any way possible to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

Yes, absolutely. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, ensuring each driver holds the required licenses and is fully insured for your safety.

For shared tours, we kindly allow only certified service dogs on board, ensuring a comfortable experience for everyone. Kindly email us ahead of time. For private tours, you’re more than welcome to bring your dog along, as long as all guests in your group are comfortable and free of allergies. Kindly email us ahead of time.
